Bio
Brian recently completed the national tour of Joseph and the Technicolor Dreamcoat under the direction of Andy Blankenbuehler. He has performed from New York, to the Kennedy Center, to South America and Europe with artists such as Aretha Franklin, Don Rickles, bassist Bootsy Collins, xylophone virtuoso Ian Finkel, and the rock group Over the Rhine. His orchestral engagements include the Kentucky Symphony, Cincinnati Ballet and Opera Orchestras and Playhouse in the Park. He has performed on cruise ships, in recording studios, and at theaters across the U.S. Some favorite past productions include Two by Two (with Martin Charnin), Cabaret, Footloose, Beehive, and West Side Story. Brian leads the Midwest’s most popular professional steel band, the Bacchanal Steel Band. He received his Master’s Degree in Percussion Performance at Miami University, Ohio and a Bachelor of Music in Percussion Performance from the College Conservatory of Music at the University of Cincinnati.
